CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Q & A:
When did you start skating?
I started skating when I was around 13 or 14 years old.
When did you start playing hockey?
I began playing ball hockey at age 14.
What accomplishment or milestone are you most proud of so far?
My biggest accomplishment so far has been making the Team USA Women’s Rink Hockey Junior World Team.
Do you have a favorite memory or moment from your skating journey?
I don’t have one single favorite memory, but I’m especially thankful for the people who helped me get started in the sport. Justin Hall was the one who taught me how to skate. Colby Moyer convinced me to try hockey and became one of my first coaches. CJ Yoder has also been an incredible role model — someone who’s shown me what it means to be passionate and committed to the game.
What are you currently focused on or working toward?
Right now, I’m focused on getting back to World’s next year and continuing to grow as a player. Outside of hockey, I’ve been working on improving my jam skating skills, which has really helped me with balance, rhythm, and overall control on skates.
What are your long-term goals in skating or competition?
My ultimate goal is to win a world championship. Beyond that, I want to keep hockey in my life for as long as possible — whether I’m playing, coaching, or helping others get involved in the sport.
What do you hope to pursue after your competitive career?
After hockey, I want to become a business owner. The sport has taught me so much about leadership, teamwork, and perseverance — qualities I plan to carry into whatever business I build in the future.
